ORDERING PROCESS FOR CHENILLE PRODUCTS:
1) Select from our stock of chenille products on line or from our
brochures: letters, monograms, stars, numbers, names, years, mascots,
or patches. Customize your order with colors, borders, size, and quantity. Stock chenille orders require no artwork approval, OR
2) Send us a sample of the desired chenille product --- we can duplicate it! OR
3) Provide us with your own digitized artwork (e-mail or upload the file to us). If you submit a digital photo, it should be a least 4 mega pixels in size. Electronic digital files in JPEG, TIF or EPS format should have a minimum resolution of 100 dpi at a size of 8" x 10". If a digital file is unavailable, we can work with prints OR
4) Fax or e-mail us scaled artwork that you want to duplicate with the size, color and quantity specifications. Submitted artwork cannot be copyrighted. If you will be doing a school mascot or logo, please provide camera-ready artwork of your mascot or logo. We will review it, make any necessary changes and get your final approval OR
5) Call us at 972-255-2702 or toll free at 1-866-544-9638. We're happy to take your telephone order but we must have a follow-up WRITTEN, APPROVED ORDER FOR OUR FILES.
ORDERING PROCESS FOR SPIRITWEAR AND APPAREL PRODUCTS:
The order process for our chenille products is a bit different than for our spiritwear and custom apparel products because sizing (garment fitting) is not a factor with chenille.
Everything above applies to orders for our spiritwear and custom apparel with the following important addition. If you have any questions about spiritwear or custom apparel sizing (garment fitting) please feel call our customer service representatives at
1-866-544-9638. Sweats and Tie-Dyes run small and we recommend that the customer order a size larger. In general, we suggest ordering a size larger if the customer has concerns about how sizes run. Unfortunately. the economies of the textile, embroidery, and screen printing processes prohibit production of individual samples for spiritwear and custom apparel.
