What are custom chenille products?

Custom chenille products are a well-recognized and

popular way of acknowledging achievement. Whether it's worn as

                   a monogram on a varsity letter jacket, a band emblem, a school logo or mascot, or as patch for an all-star debater, a customized chenille award has become a traditional method of recognizing accomplishment. Chenille awards are often personalized and accessorized with names, years, and inserts acknowledging the activity. Millions of Americans have worn chenille products with a sense of pride and accomplishment. 

What is spiritwear?
Spiritwear is, broadly speaking, customized apparel that inspires pride, teamwork, motivates students, athletes or employees and is sometimes used to memorialize events, athletic or academic achievements, whether accomplished personally or as a team, class, school or company. Spiritwear products we commonly see include hats, T-Shirts, jerseys, team apparel, screen printed and embroidered clothing, blankets, towels and the list goes on. Spiritwear is more than just a piece of apparel because it's associated with an emotional experience or event that we remember and the "spiritwear" bonds us to the memory. 

Can you copy our existing chenille letter or monogram from our school?
Our equipment is digitized and capable of matching size, shape and colors for chenille letters, monograms and accessories.

How are chenille products measured and what are the most common sizes that are purchased (letters, monograms, mascots, etc.)?
Items are measured from the top of the chenille to the bottom of the chenille. Felt trims are not included in the measurement. Most letters and monograms are 6" for boys and 5"-6" for girls. Most chenille patches range from 3" to 5" in size.

Do you have minimum orders?
Because of the customized nature of our products, there is a $50 minimum order on ALL custom orders.

Completion and delivery?
Delivery times vary based on the complexity and size of the job. We can give you an estimate at the time of your order. We produce well ahead of the industry standards. Orders are delivered by UPS Ground unless otherwise arranged.
